I love this salon. I go to Chris and I got a wonderful cut and base color. He's such a good guy and good conversationalist. Salon is clean and friendly.

I went in for highlights. Chris asked what I wanted. I said blonde highlights in the front and sides. I showed him. He was very agitated and started to show me pictures of hair that was highlighted but not actual blonde highlights but reddish/blonde in the front only and at first on longer hair than I have and then on a little shorter and he accused me of being agitated and shouting. I was neither just frustrated. He is supposed to be the professional and I am assuming he has done highlights before. It is not rocket science. He then asked me to leave! He is very unprofessional, nasty, and I will shout it from the rooftops NOT to go the this jerk!!!!
