We decided to purchase our drone for our fire department from Influential Drones, and what an experience it was. Everything went as smooth as possible. They had no problem having us demo the drone we were interested in. Once the order was placed, they were in constant contact with us keeping us up to speed with time frames and any issues that came up. Once they received our drone, they made sure everything was operational and did a few test flights to confirm and scheduled a time and day for them to deliver the product and train us on it. Emily, Steve, and Dave were great to work with on all aspects. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic Customer service! Fast turnaround on the NIST targets for my project, and excellent communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend, and will be a repeat customer in the future!
