Infinity Zen Massage Source Healing

Jonathan at Infinity Zen has been a crucial part of my marathon training and recovery since 2023. The care I receive every single session is thoughtful, highly skilled, and truly personalized to what my body needs after intense training and races. Each session helps restore mobility, reduce deep tension, and support both physical and mental recovery. In addition to massage, the assisted stretching and meditation sessions have been incredibly valuable in improving flexibility, calming my nervous system, and supporting overall balance. The work is intentional and therapeutic, and the space itself is calm, private, and welcoming.

John was exceptional! During my visit to Chicago, I sought relief for persistent neck and arm pain. He was incredibly responsive, taking the time to listen attentively. The treatment he provided helped with my neck pain, and his thoughtful suggestions have been very useful.

Great massage! I have a lot of deep knots in my neck and shoulders and have trouble finding massage therapists that can hit those effectively. John is very professional and checks in throughout the session to make sure the amount of pressure is okay and there is no pain. For those wondering: he ONLY has oil (though if you wanted him to use a lotion or specific product you bring in yourself, I would imagine he’d be accommodating). I’m not a big fan of oil - however, he provides wet and dry towels to wipe yourself off afterward. I walked out of there with a super minimal amount of residue, but it wasn’t uncomfortable like other places that use far too much and don’t offer an easy clean up option. Quaint solo operation. Expect a simple calm experience, not lavish adornments. Everything that matters is accounted for, and John clearly has a lot of respect for the skill. If you're looking for a "getaway" type of spa experience you can spend hundreds at AIRE. But if you're simply an active person who occassionally needs to refresh your nervous system after an injury or during a deload week, can't recommend anywhere else.

This was my first time going to Infinity Zen and I was not disappointed. John was very attentive and made sure I felt comfortable and kept checking in on me during the session. Hydration is key (rookie mistake on my part), but he stopped when I needed a break. I will be visiting again sometime in the near future.
