We always make it a point to visit Infinity Spa whenever we're in Breckenridge, and the experience is consistently outstanding. From the moment we walk through the door, and we’re greeted by Alondra, who is always so friendly and welcoming - it feels like no time has passed since our last visit. She’s an absolute gem and the perfect person to make guests feel at home from the very start. Mark has also been wonderful to work with over the years, and it’s so comforting to see the same familiar faces each time we return. The continuity of their incredible staff truly sets Infinity Spa apart. I booked an appointment for my wife at Infinity Spa in Breckenridge because she rarely gets time to relax and I wanted to treat her to something special for her birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing before it even began. A friend suggested going elsewhere. Their website gives the impression that guests booking a service can enjoy spa amenities, but it doesn’t mention that access is limited to only one hour around appointment. When I called to confirm details, I spoke with a very rude female employee who made it clear that access was restricted to an hour beyond treatment. This was not how the amenities were advertised online as seen in images. If this is the first impression given and the receptionist represented the spa negatively like she hated being there well then

Terrible massage for almost $300. I actually came out of it more sore than going in. The masseuse did not address any of the problem areas that I indicated on the form and then proceeded to overwork my upper back for 80% of the session. There were a lot of elbows in my back which was somewhat painful. Then they completely skipped any glute work. These are the muscles that skiiers and snowboarders use the most. It is outrageous that a premium priced spa chooses to ignore this area. The masseuse also never asked me if the pressure was too light or too strong. I actually regret leaving a tip because the next day, my back hurt in places it hadn't before! Visited on a girl's trip and it was amazing! We never felt rushed like some spas, they went above and beyond for me as the bride and my facial was amazing! I've had several before this and they've never helped my dry skin. My lady gave recommendations for some products and after a couple weeks of use my skin looks and feels incredible! All my girls loved their services and the amenities too! Highly recommended.

My wife booked us a couples massage for our anniversary at Infinity Spa. The facilities were great. We had a wonderful time and I had the most relaxing massage of my life from my massage therapist Mari. Grateful to have been in the hands of someone who is a truly a master of their Art 🙏 Highly recommend!!
