Literally the worst nail service I ever experienced! Being a person of color, I felt very out of place and disrespected. I first called on the phone and greeted them in a very nice way and asked if they had an availability. I was in a pinched and need my nails done for a vacation. They told me that I can come in. I went in and instantly felt unwelcome once they notice I was a person of color. The owner spoke to me rudely and told me to have a seat. I brushed it off because I felt that they did not understood how they said it. I sat down to get a full set. The lady named Jenny was very rough and did not speak to me until it was time to tell me the price of the service. I agreed with the price and she proceeded. Don’t bother. Your nails will chip in 3 days and when you go back to get them fixed the owner will argue with you. I literally had the date listed on my calendar the day I went, and she called me a liar. She said it had been two weeks and was trying to charge me for a refill. Super unprofessional calling a customer a liar. I have been getting my nails done for years, I would never go back and expect a free service unless they shouldn’t have chipped that soon! Unreal. I will not be back.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice, but the quality of the work is just not up to par. I got acrylics with a gel polish and they began chipping the next day. Five days in and my pinky nail already broke off. My mom and sister came with me and their nails came out even worse. They are not smooth and do not look nice at all. For $40 for a full set, I expected much more. Definitely recommend sticking to PK nails.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. Was hesitant to give this place a shot because of them, but I get a pedicure with my friend here every month and we have never had an issue. The place is spotless, and they always accommodate our schedules. My feet feel so nice after! I haven’t had any nail work done as far as gel/acrylics but we’ve yet to have a bad experience and started coming here in the Summer of last year.
