I will not be going back. The first thing when my daughter and I walked in on Sunday (12/28), we were greeted and asked what we were there for. I responded that we have an appointment, and I was asked to sign in at the kiosk. As I am trying to sign in, a man that works there, came up to us and just bombarded us with a lot of questions while being really close to my face. I had to re-type my phone number 3 times in the kiosk, because he just wouldn't let me finish signing in "why are you here? What are you doing? What are you getting done? What is she getting done?"..... Just let people sign in first, please... I told him I was getting dip with tips added, and my daughter was going dip on her natural nails (she's 12). My initial experience at this salon was promising. They promptly accommodated my requests for clear tips. Kim, the nail technician, was pleasant, but it became evident that she grew irritated when I inquired about the powder she was using. Additionally, I had requested new sanding bits, as per the law, which should be disposable and fresh. However, she proceeded to perform my nails with a sloppy foundation. She then hurriedly left to get her own nails done and left another girl to finish my nails. I was reluctant to let them complete the service because I had to file my nails myself, but it was futile since there were missing gaps in the foundation that would eventually cause my nails to break. I been going to Infinity nails for about 6 years now and I love how my nails turn out every time. I can show my nail tech, the owner Kim a design and she gets it right every time. She's very sweet and honest and a hard worker. At times shes running between clients doing multiple things for multiple people and does so in a timely manner. Thank you again Kim. I appreciate you🫶

Terrible nails & experience. I told them multiple times I had sensitive skin & it breaks easily. They continued to be rough and cut me numerous times. They did not sanitize their tools or help with the bleeding. They not chose the colors I selected. No apex on the nail and they're very uneven and bumpy. One has already broke. The chemicals they used are definitely illegal because it is very gummy & burned like HELL. My fingers swelled up and turned red.

Absolutely amazing. Nothing I’ve ever experienced. They taught me some things about nails and Tom did absolutely beautiful on my nails. They look just like the picture I showed them! Highly highly recommend!!! I included my inspo pic to see just how good they did!
