Infinity Massage Chairs

I tried to get replacement parts for a vended Infinity massage chair. First of all, their shipping time is extremely slow. It took several days before they shipped my order. And it was only a partial shipment because they were missing some headrest covers. But the most significant issue is they don't even know what's inside their own machines! I ordered a set of calf air bags. They shipped me 4. However, there are 8 air bags in total (4 per calf). In addition, they sent me 2 identical left lower air bags but they are supposed to be different shapes. So basically, they only sent me 3 air bags (2 upper right calves and 1 lower left calf). I sent technical support a picture of what they sent, and they responded uncertainly and asked if I can take a picture of the disassembled calf air bags.

This is not a review of the product. This is a review of some of the people that this company has representing them. I was in Costco today in Mechanicsburg PA with my family. My daughter wanted to try out one of the massage chairs. She went over and sat in one when the guy manning the display told her she couldn't because, "they are for mommies and daddies". My daughter is 3 months away from being 21. We went to walk by the display as my daughter is telling us this and the guy says, "these are for adults". I told him that she is 20 years old and his reply was, "yeah", with a very condescending tone. I replied, "yeah, so does that not make her an adult"? Which he then just stood there and stared at me. I had the most amazing experience with Kicker @ Costco in Las Vegas! My wife and I own an Osaki massage chair and I wasn’t even interested it testing the Infinity Massage Chair, but, Kicker was able to get me into a quick 15 minute preview of all the amazing functions that the Infinity Massage chair offers. We bought our Osaki about 2 1/2 years ago and we spent a Few pretty Pennie’s on it ($6000) worth of pennies to be exact. There is a stark difference between the Infinity and Osaki. The Infinity experience was second to none, the engineering and thought processes that has been developed for use in this chair is fundamentally different from the Osaki, their appearance is similar but the massaging experience could literally not be more different At this point I’m almost contemplating

I purchased the Circadian massage chair for its decompression feature, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite investments. I use it almost every night before bed, and it’s incredibly relaxing—a perfect way to unwind. One of the best additions I’ve made to my home. The chair is awesome and customer service is great!

Regret purchase, very expensive and “full warranty” doesn’t cover poor quality materials that wear out with minimal use. Expect the leather to just peel and fall off in less than 2 years. Look elsewhere for a better quality chair and company that will stand behind warranty and product.
