1 star is generous since the owner of this salon bleached the knots in my favorite wig (after installing it poorly) and created bald spots throughout the wig. See pictures below. Initially offered to replace my wig but then ignored my attempts to connect for executing this and finally after numerous attempts to do so she explained she would no longer be able to replace my wig due to financial difficulties. This is unacceptable and shows a true lack of taking responsibility for destroying my property. Too many canceled/rescheduled appointments. Weave was installed and came out within days. I do not recommend going to a place that does poor quality work and doesn’t keep appointments and clearly does not care about retaining customers.

Adrienne is absolutely phenomenal, and definitely has mastered her craft. My appointment was my first time booking and she took me right in, the setting is very personable , the time management was perfect I would recommend Infinity hair Salon in Springfield MA

Worst hair experience ever. The interior of the salon was dark and dirty. The owner gave me more split ends instead of trimming them. When she styled my hair and my friend's for graduation we both asked for loose, big barrel curls- instead she made us both look like we were bridesmaids from the 1980s :( NEVER go here!!!

I wrote a review somehow it disappeared but 1 star is generous since I walked up 3 flights of double stairs in the blazing sun looking for the stylist that was over a half hour late getting there and never touched my hair smh...

Adrean is very sweet and her work is 10/10! Definitely would recommend!
