The most amazing experience. The lady on the phone was really nice and was very helpful and patient with all my questions. She was very descriptive as well. When I went in the store the girl was very helpful. I have not had my hair braided in years so I am very inexperienced. The girl was able to give me all the options available aligned with what I was looking for. She was very patient with all my questions and with me being indecisive and with all my phone calls to my friends. She had great product knowledge as well. Overall an amazing experience and I will definitely be back. They had tons of options.

I just wanted to share my experience with Infinity Beauty. I called in and spoke with Keisha. She was amazing and went out of her way to accommodate me over the phone. She made sure that what I was searching for was in stock at the store. She even provided items equivalent to what I was looking for. Not for the sale. But to make sure I was accommodated. She sent photos and gave recommendations. I will definitely be back and will be recommending the shop. Her customer service was through the roof! My husband walked in the room and heard some of the conversation and he was impressed. He went and picked up the hair for me and he was thoroughly impressed by the customer service. Keisha was amazing and went above and beyond any customer service experience I’ve had. Not only did she guide me with recommendations of products for my desired style but gave my husband and children samples for them to try out as well! She was so sweet and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable of diverse hair textures. Not to mention this gem is black owned! Highly recommend for all hair and beauty needs.

Keisha was extremely helpful she knew exactly what she was talking about and recommended the best product, to use in my daughter's hair for the hairstyle she wanted. I will definitely be shopping at her store again for all of our Beauty Supply needs. She answered every question I had and wasn't hesitant to help me around the store looking for the items I needed.
