Its unfortunate because the workers here are extremely kind but the quality of some of the work does not match up. I brought my brother in for locs but instead of going with his natural hair pattern the stylist tried to rip the locs into much bigger sections to save time. Then after my second visit for a simple trim I received heat upon heat which resulted in heat damage. Understandably she was upset when I told her about it and said that there was no way she could've burnt my hair but the reality is that she did. I had to cut it all off which in itself helped me do something new. So it really is unfortunate that things didnt end well because the owner really is a sweet caring woman but I just can't ignore heat damage for the sake of a sweet personality.

Went in on Wednesday 8/28/19 asked if they did little girls hair. I explained my daughter's hair is too much for me to handle now that it is long. I keep my daughter's hair braided. The lady Tookie said she braids. Made an appointment for Friday 8/30/19. She charged 45 dollars for loose and greasy braids. Pictures posted
