First, I have to hold myself accountable for even shopping at places where there is a "no refund no exchange" policy. However, to use COVID as the reason is an out right insult to my intelligence. Item was recently purchased, receipt available, package in pristine condition and I did not request a refund. I simply wanted to exchange the item for another of equal value. My people, our patronage is their power. When we begin to put our money where it hurts (out of their pockets) a change is gonna come. The power of one can at times get it done but the power of two or hopefully more makes a very bold statement that cannot be ignored.
