Shopped here today,19 January 2024 (late afternoon) Can't say enough about the two young women that waited on me, both were extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient,and just downright genuine in their concern about my desire and what made me look good. I went in for a mingle grey wig. I left with two totally different colors (wigs) The color and style took a good 7-8 years off my appearance! All because the young lady's sincere concern for me as a customer not just a commission. Excited to wear the wig .

Infinite Beauty is a beautiful beauty supply store that has pretty much everything you could possibly want. It's very neat and organized well. The reason I give them a 3 is because I don't understand how you can sell half of a product. I went looking for a Nairobi relaxer, which I found, but there was no liquid activator attached or anywhere around. When I asked the staff, they said they don't believe they sell it which is confusing to me because the product is unusable w/o the activator.

I went in the New Iberia store asking for assistance with buying a wig . U never wore one before and was asking for help /assistance and was shot down she would hardly answer my question also my classmate walked in also needing help she got the same response I’m sure you don’t run your business this way but to have someone like her in your establishment is unacceptable to me and I’ve never been in there again this is just to let you know Brenda

Crazy as it seems I drive from Breaux bridge to New Iberia just to go there. Better selections and wonderful staff! Ik there’s one closer to me in Lafayette but it’s different! Staff is so much sweeter and personable good bed side manners. Have a connection! That’s how u can trust!

Hair heaven! Unbelievable prices that are good. Everyone is nice. The environment is clean and welcoming. It was easy to shop. My heart wouldn't stop racing! I am definitely going to be returning here as a customer!
