I cannot recommend Sarah enough! I have a super short, boyish pixie cut, so it's hard finding stylists that can really pull of that cut. I'm super happy with Sarah's haircuts. She's really intuitive and talented with blending, texturing, and shaping! She's so kind and easy to talk to, and is always making sure you're comfortable and happy throughout the process. Despite how short my hair is, she takes her time with shampooing, blow drying, and styling even though with my hair those steps could be done in just a couple minutes without sacrificing the end look. Her shampoos and scalp (and shoulder) massages are literally the best - I leave feeling so relaxed and pampered!

I used to enjoy going to Industry and want to support the individual stylists, but had two interactions with management/policy that were so unpleasant and made me feel so unwelcome. I am a physician and mother of 3, so getting personal care is challenging, at best. Over Thanksgiving weekend (on a deserted day at the salon), I had a cancellation of my childcare and, rather than incur the fee for same-day cancellation, I brought my children, who happily watched a screen in the waiting area. I sought approval for this prior to coming in and it was given because there were only two stylists working that day. The management sent me an anonymous email three days later that was both targeted, hostile, and unnecessary about policy violation. I honestly could not believe they went out of their way

Update: They were able to get me in a week later and did a root smudge plus gloss mask. The result is perfect and the experience has always been great. Thank you so much! **I need to add, this is my opinion looking at it ip close. It’s also the opinion of multiple people that have seen my hair I emailed the salon inspo pictures and discussed what I wanted before and during the appointment. They don’t have a partial balayage billing option so it went under partial foil. We discussed where I wanted my natural roots to end and I said at the ear. The lighting in the salon really hid how the hair looked but when I got home it is definitely not a partial balayage it is 100% partial highlights going to my roots. Whitney was really great. I requested a quiet appointment being at the end of my pregnancy and just wanting to relax, but she was so nice! Really ACTUALLY listened to what I wanted, made recommendations accordingly, and gave me precisely what I was hoping for. Will absolutely be back.

I took my child here for a children’s cut, and the stylist - Sarah B - I really do not recommend. I use quality hair products for us, and after touching my child’s hair for literally 5 min - when I’ve been doing it for 10 years- she thought it was appropriate to give her two sense about “5-6 inches of damage” in earshot of my child- causing her to have insecurities about her literally gorgeous waist length hair. Not taking into account that it was a 9 a.m. appointment and she hadn’t brushed her hair - so of course the ends felt rough - plus it’s summer so she has been in a lot more chlorine. She went on and on about the so-called “damage” my chosen brand causes, but real research shows those claims have already been disproven to be people just looking for something to complain about. Then
