If you're looking for a new office space, I can't recommend Industrious enough. The location is absolutely fantastic - convenient, accessible, and exactly what we needed for our team. What really sets this space apart is the vibrant, energized atmosphere. The office is consistently busy and full of professionals, which creates an incredible sense of community and productivity. Coming from a quieter office environment, the difference has been remarkable. There's something motivating about being surrounded by other driven people working on their own ventures. Unfortunately, this place didn’t pan out as well as I thought it would. They definitely could use more dedicated work stations in their co-working areas. But overall, it has a nice vibe. The biggest pain point is a membership + parking is over $500 per month, which is a lot for co-working. Compare this to we-work, terraced, or even their concord location. I didn’t have a good experience with their concord location so they sent me here and I liked it but not once they showed me the cost. For less than that I’m going to get a single person office in an A rated office building in Concord. When I mentioned this to them they sort of took an elitist attitude which turned me off even more. I think if they revised their co-working costs, adding more dedicated work-stations instead of so many sofas

Highly recommend! The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated the convenient parking garage and the great selection of restaurants within walking distance. The overall atmosphere was welcoming too. Our team will definitely be back!

Amazing staff - Cecilia and Hollie are doing an amazing job to make sure their members are taken care of. Having previously worked at a few other co-working spaces, I can say this is by far the most helpful staff I've worked with. Awesome location - it used to be a desert when it comes to proper co-working spaces in this area. I can't be alone in feeling so relieved that Industrious decided to move into the space above Broadway Plaza and turned it into an attractive co-working space. Promising future - It should only getter from here as WCDT attracts more professionals, and they bring more restaurants and shops. The future looks brighter for people who live and work around here.
