Great experience at the office. I hosted a leadership session at the facility and the staff was great to work with, very flexible and attentive to IT needs etc. They also have a nice assortment of drinks and snacks which was included. Will definitely leverage again!

The newest co-working spot in Downtown Tampa. This is really an amazing space. Almost all Windows. As you walk in you get clear views across the lobby and into a small lounge. With big comfy chairs and sofas, it's a great spot to have a quick catch up or casual meeting. As a co Working space, you can rent an office or a shared space. Fees are depending on membership. Each membership level does include high speed internet, reservable time on a conference room, print options and free coffee from Buddy Brew and a few other amenities. It's an amazing space and if you are looking for a modern working space, this is the spot for you. It's definitely worth making an appointment and getting a tour.

My company recently rented the 27-seat conference room at Industrious Tampa Downtown for an off-site corporate meeting, and we're impressed. The team onsite, especially Audrey, was a pleasure to work with. The seating arrangements were very flexible and having a rolling TV made presenting easy. The coffee, water, and snack stations were a welcome surprise and alleviated the stress of having to bring our own beverages. We had breakfast and lunch delivered every day, and the delivery drivers had no issues finding the building and making the deliveries to the front of the Industrious on the 33 floor. We plan on returning to the space for our yearly sales meeting until we outgrow the space!

As a first timer of Industrious, the second I walked through the door, I was greeted by the kindest people, Casey and Caroline. Casey was kind enough to give me a tour of the entire space and I was absolutely stunned. There is a space upstairs where they serve breakfast each morning and happy hour two days a week (no, I am not kidding). This bar area is also stocked with snacks, ice cold drinks, coffee, tea and more. All of these amenities are included in your membership. Yes, you heard that right. NO EXTRA CHARGE. There are tons of spaces throughout the two floors where you can lounge, relax or carry on conversation. These spaces are my personal favorite because it allows you to step out of your office and take a quick break during your day. Need to really clear your head after a stressfu

We've tried other coworking and small private office spaces all over Tampa - none of them come close to this place. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to your needs, Buddy Brew coffee always on, breakfast and snacks every day, happy hours, social events, the list goes on. Not only that, but the quality of the professionals is higher - you're surrounded by high performing individuals. The space is awesome as well, including all glass offices to make the most of FL's natural sunlight. If you're in the market for an office space, give it a look.
