Industrious

An excellent office space. Stocked fridge with free snacks, drinks, and daily refreshments served at 8 am and 2 pm. Sometimes, they have full lunches served. The environment is well decorated and clean, and the office views are beautiful and scenic. This is definitely a high end, executive office space that will make even the lowest intern feel like a CEO.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of response from Industrious regarding an unauthorized ACH withdrawal taken from my business account. It has now been over a week since I reported the issue, and despite being told their legal team would contact me, no one has reached out. For reference, I have a Seattle Police report, a CFPB complaint, and an FTC fraud report filed for this matter, and I have provided all documentation to Industrious multiple times. I have not received any update, acknowledgment, or follow-up from their team. I expected a much more responsible and communicative approach, especially from a company handling financial transactions. I hope this review prompts someone at Industrious to finally address this situation.

Our team of consultants and clients appreciate the space we an in at Industrious Bellevue. The staff sees itself as an extension of our brand and our relationship focused approach. When we hosted an Open House they happily helped us setup and organize. Being so close to so many of our clients is an added bonus. They frequently pop in for meetings and of course, "snacks". We are so happy to be home.

If I could give a 10 star review, I would! I work remotely as an admin and my team had an important meeting being held at industrious. We had a doordash cancel our delivery and our food was already ready at the nearby restaurant. I don't know anyone in the Seattle area but the team at industrious was willing to go pick up our order for us! It saved so much time from breaking away from the meeting to pick it up ourselves. When someone goes above and beyond like this, it is more than just great customer service! I am so grateful that industrious is not only a great environment for important meetings and conferences but that they hire wonderful people that know the meaning of kindness. Thank you for being such a wonderful place to host all of our business needs!

I couldn't recommend this space more for your office needs in Bellevue! Ashley and David are incredible at making you feel welcome and solving your problems in a prompt and efficient manner. The space is always clean, communal food/beverages well stocked and they are always coming up with fun themes during holidays etc. I work from home in Seattle half the week and find the commute to Bellevue worth it to enjoy this wonderful space.
