Rachel did such an amazing job on my hair, and I’m honestly so happy I ended up in her chair. She was super easy to talk to and really listened to what I was hoping for. The whole time she made sure I felt comfortable and checked in to make sure everything looked right to me. The cut and style came out even better than I imagined. It feels lighter, healthier, and actually sits the way I’ve been wanting it to for so long. She gave me little tips as she went, and you can tell she actually cares about making sure you leave loving your hair and knowing new ways to care and style it. I left the salon feeling so confident and refreshed. If you’re looking for someone who’s genuinely sweet, patient, and really good at what she does, Rachel is definitely the one to book with.

Got a classic pedicure at 30 weeks pregnant and it was lovely. Danielle the nail tech was very attentive and more than willing to chat with me, as I typically like to talk while I get my services done. I've been to a lot of nail salons and struggle to find places that offer good quality service and politeness. This place always has given me both.

I’ve always had a positive experience at Indulgence. The staff is friendly, the entire spa/salon is very clean and pretty, and the services are reasonably priced. I’ve had several waxing services done here and each esthetician has been kind, professional, and quite good at their job. Highly recommend!

Rachel is a sweetheart and made me feel really good about the decision to color my hair for the first time! She recommended a color she had picked and I loved it! The whole experience was great except for the hair color on the back of my neck and around my face when she was done. The shirt I was wearing was ruined too. I think this could have been avoided with a towel around my neck under the cape (or so I'm told). I tipped her really well before I saw all the color on my skin and clothes. I just felt like an idiot because I didn't notice it before I left the salon and had to go straight to a meeting with my boss and a bunch of coworkers. I don't think I'll be going back to Indulgence. Once was enough after the embarrassment.
