Renee is awesome she is personable. We just chit chat and get my haircut the whole time and when we're done she always asks me if I want a shampoo. I mean of course I do and I make sure that she sees it is reflected in my tip because that's how it works in the world. Good service, good tip. Bad service less or no tip. I've worked in restaurants for 23 years. I should know. I will always come back to indulgence. I'm never going anywhere else.

This place is amazing! Raquel did a wash and style and it came out adorable. They seem to have other services as well. Including massages and facials! If I lived here I would definitely try out their services. When I do visit I'll make sure and stop by!

Horrible experience! From the unwelcoming, unfriendly front desk staff to the chop job that was done to my hair. The stylist was late, she asked me no questions about my hair or how I normally style it, she rushed through the cut and left me with an uneven, unblended, and way shorter than I requested haircut! Not to mention, being sprayed directly in the face with water, multiple times. I’ve went there before and have dealt with the unwelcoming feeling but my cut has always been alright, after this experience I will never be returning.

My wife went in to get her hair done by Renee, when she left this is what she said. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the butchering I received at this salon today. What was supposed to be a simple trim and style has turned into a complete disaster that has left my hair looking like it was cut by a blindfolded amateur with hedge clippers. Horrible place and very bad hair stylist.

Went in to get a cut, deep condition, and style. Wow I have to say I was extremely disappointed with what I got for the price I was charged. I paid close to $100 and my cut was a disaster way to short, the deep condition I supposedly received was worse than dollar tree conditioner, and the style was a 2 min sloppy blow dry !! I have to definitely say I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!
