Indulgence Nails and Spa- Best nails salon in Saugus Ma

I've been to many nail salons and I can say without a doubt that Indulgence Nail Salon is the best! It's beautiful inside and very clean. I've been going here for 2+ years and have never been disappointed. The staff are so friendly and the prices are great! They take pictures of your nails next to the color you used and post it on Instagram which is incredibly helpful for people trying to pick a color (since dip powder doesn't always come out like the color you see in the jar). You can also see the names of the nail techs listed with the pics so you can see they're work....and trust me when I tell you they're all fabulous. Tiffany is my nail tech and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She's like my own personal therapist too lol! I've sent many of my co-workers here who were all extremely happy w

I LOVE Indulgence ! I see Kayla and let me tell you she is a saint. I do not like color on my nails so I am that person who always gets a french gel manicure. ( Kayla I am sorry ) she always has a smile on her face and is such a sweet person. In going here now I have gotten to know the girls that work here and they ALL go out of their way to say hello to you. To see Lily when you walk in and greet you makes you feel so welcome. Her salon is SPOTLESS and all of her staff presents themselves so professionally. I have now started taking my mom here and my mom has mobility issues and uses a walker. Kayla and Lily go out of their way to accommodate my mom and place here at a station that is easy for her to get up and down at. I highly recommend this salon and have made life long

Excellent service, friendly and a very clean place. I have been coming here for years and Hana does a wonderful job. I won the Hylar Pedicure from their Lucky Wheel this time. I have done Hylar Pedicure twice and absolutely love it!!!! It started with neck warming pillow and message on both arms before the leg message. It is wonderful!!!!

I absolutely love all the ladies at Indulgence , They are all super knowledgeable, friendly & very welcoming. Lily has a great team! — I go every 2-3 weeks for waxing & a gel manicure. I love the way Tan does my eyebrows they always turn out amazing, She shapes & paints my nails perfectly every time too. Best salon I’ve ever been to!!

Let me start by saying that I have had my nails done many times over the years by countless salons and in every type of manicure service… I have never walked away truly satisfied and thinking “ok, that was worth the time and money, I’d come back here”. Don’t get me wrong, manicured nails look cute it’s just not a priority for me, I don’t see the need for routine follow up and investment unless it’s a special occasion. HOWEVER, this is hands down the very 1st time I have ever left the salon chair and not had a negative comment, these nails are perfect! I walked in with my natural nails short to the bed and soft and broken.
