I’ve been going to Indigo Salon for over 10 years, and Lori has been with me through every life change — always creating the perfect hairstyle along the way. I keep her on her toes, and she always delivers! She did a beautiful job on my daughter’s wedding hair, and the rest of the team styled the bridal party — we looked amazing. I’ve also recently started the gray blending process, and I’m beyond impressed. My gray is blending so naturally, and the highlights Lori chose complement my skin tone perfectly. The salon has grown so much over the years, the service is truly 5-star, the prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. I’ve been a client at Indigo Salon & Day Spa since they were established in Lowell. I gladly travel over 45 minutes for both my hair and skin care treatments. The improvement to the health of my hair and the condition of my skin is more than worth it! I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go! From the very beginning, Rachelle understood exactly what I wanted and brought it to life even better than I imagined. My hair turned out absolutely gorgeous! It was beautifully styled, long-lasting, and perfectly suited to me.

Leah did an amazing job with my highlights and cut. She took her time and gave me the exact color I requested and was very methodical and strategic with her placement of the foils. I highly recommend her!!! This is a great salon that offers a lot of high quality services.

I’ve been going to this salon for years. The staff are always so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Shauna is A M A Z I N G!!! I have naturally black hair with some old color at the ends, and she managed to give me the most beautiful blonde balayage, all in one sitting! She also fixed an uneven haircut I had gotten from another salon. The blend is seamless, the tones are perfect, and best of all, my hair still feels healthy and soft. She’s so charming and made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve gotten so many compliments already!
