I went in, dressed down, months ago now, & the hairdresser by the name of Chrissy or Kristy, did not make me feel welcomed. I was expecting a consultation to suit my style. Not just a straight cut across the bottom. I still tipped her $20 in hopes she might remember me next time. I went back for a second run to be sure she wasn't just having an off day. Again, I got a cut straight across. Effortless for her. No parting or strategical or advanced cutting techniques. The hairstylist again, didn't care to take her time with me. I still tipped her. Every woman should be able to walk into a salon, be not judged & feel pampered. I left with uncomfortable dampness on my neck & a crooked haircut, promising myself never put myself through that again.

Avoid them at all costs my wife had an appointment then she gets a phone call the same day telling her to go somewhere else. She refused to reschedule making my wife feel like she’s a burden. Will be filling a complaint through attorney general and FTC

Emily did an amazing job on my color. a After bouncing around trying a couple stylists after my regular left town, I’m glad I found her!

I was very impressed for it being my first time using their salon. I saw an add for specials on FB and decided to pamper myself for a change. Emily was great. She was so nice and made me feel relaxed and welcomed. She did a beautiful job on my hair, she even offered to curl it for me. And my first facial experience was so nice. If you haven't had one , I highly recommend trying one. Over all I was very pleased with every aspect of my service and i look forward to seeing Emily again at my next appointment. Thank you so much!!!
