My son's and I showed up at 5:05 PM so they both could get haircuts the girl told me barbershop was in the back. We stood there with 3 men cutting hair not even giving us eye contact nor a hello I turned around and I asked the girl do we sign in she stated Adam would let me know. He then spoke up and said he didn't have time to cut my sons hair I can make an appt for Monday. Really why do you have walk ins stated on you sign outside and state you close at 530. No one else was waiting for a haircut I won't be back

Had to make an appointment just to have them let me show up from across town to reschedule for another week someone dont know how to schedule or just doesnt have any consideration for their customers! Probly didnt need thier services anyways!
