Inches Matter Extensiology

I went in for my regular visit with Desy. Today, I was t told that she and the owner had parted ways, and this week was her final week. The owner came in at 6:30 with a group of workers and began to do demo work while I was in the middle of my appointment. The owner was very loud and made it a point to make her presence known even though she was fully aware that there was an appointment in session. This was extremely unprofessional in any setting. She even allowed another client who had shown up for her appointment to walk right into the session. Whatever the situation was between them, this interaction could have waited, especially the demolition work. At the end of the day, I would not recommend this location based on the actions of the owner.
