INAILS & BEYOND EAST POINT

I just left earlier today. David was my provider! He was amazing. Good conversation and artwork. I got medium coffin French tip full set. It was 90 dollars!. I mean definitely higher than I was expecting but I love the work

Customer service was amazing, but my nails looked as if I needed a fill in as soon as she completed them. They also started lifting and popping off like press ons after 1 1/2 weeks. 6 nails total popped off and I was able to easily remove the others with my finger nail because they were lifted. The picture below is week two of having them. I wish the nails were as good as the customer service because I would have surely been back.

If I could give this salon a negative star I would. I’ve been here multiple times and never had an experience like today ! My family and I stopped by for pedicures and had the worst experience ever ! Number 1 they don’t know how to paint toe nails, number 2 they were rushing on all of our pedicures, number 3 we got a basic pedicure which includes a massage and we didn’t get a massage, number 4 the woman slapped my sisters leg when she was done with her pedicure, number 5 they didn’t use any CLEAN tools! The list goes on please don’t go here !

The salon is very clean, all the tools are carefully sterilized, so I feel very secure. The staff are kind, I am also very impressed that they are very punctual, no waiting at all. I have a really impressive fall manicure and received many compliments! It is worth a try if you are looking for a nice nail salon.

Fast service. Nails were not finished to a high level on satisfaction . Edges were left ragged an not uniform . Biggest issue and off-putting item are the Upsale tactics!! I came in for a basic mani Pedi. The language barrier and aggressive continuous upsale just is off putting. I can to relax .. not try to dig out if I'm leaving with a $60 bill or a $150! Overall would get 4 stars if we just order at the front and the ladies just completed the order.
