Hayley did an amazing job with my hair. Gave me exactly what I wanted, and was very thorough. She checked in with me frequently throughout my cut and was very warm and friendly.

I went in for a consultation specifically to make sure the stylist could achieve the balayage I wanted. I was reassured very confidently that it would be no problem. A few days later at the actual appointment, they bleached and toned my hair — the result looked nothing like what I asked for. They bleached and toned it again, but it still didn’t come out right. As shown in the pictures, the result came out completely wrong and not at all what I wanted. I also asked for long layers but only received a basic trim. Now my hair feels extremely dry, brittle, and damaged — and unfortunately I’m stuck with it right before a vacation. I completely understand that things don’t always go perfectly, but please don’t reassure clients you can “certainly” deliver a look if you’re not confident in your

Went in for a lash lift and tint, left with hardly any lift to my lashes and glue all over my eyelid.. $85 later. My lashes look like I slept in mascara.. that’s it. So disappointed. Not sure if it’s lack of skill or what but I’m never going back.

The dark chestnut color is my natural hair (all virgin over 10 years). The beautiful copper Auburn is after a stunning lift (hand painted, so in love) and choosing Auburn as the direction I allowed Kalysha to determine the tone to result in a lovely balayage. I asked for something that complements my pale complexion and she did a fantastic job. She is very personable and easy going. I don’t intend on going anywhere else again. Ladies, gents, those in between and out of bounds, come treat yourself to all your beauty treatment needs. It’s worth every penny. I haven’t tried anything other than hair, but I have high hopes for each offered treatment. I’m so excited. Just do it
