Life got hard, and I hadn’t gotten my hair cut in almost a year. I called today to see when they could get me in, and I was set up with an appointment for 45 minutes later! Shelby cut about 4” off my hair, and I love it. It feels healthy and has intentional shape and movement again. Thank you for the kind and professional service today, Shelby. Ashleigh Sanchez is my go to girl for highlights and anything hair! She always does a great job with her techniques. She is very detail oriented with her color, cut and style. She is simply the best!

Customer service is great, Until I had to cancel my appointment for the second time. I was not aware of the late fee 50%. I’m aware now that I have received a receipt after I canceled my appointment and rescheduled. I was really caught by surprise because no one mentioned this to me even when I was on the phone. Then when I called and asked about it, they told me it’s on the website. I have not been on the website. It just really upsets me because they are good people. I just wish someone would have explained this to me when I was on the phone professionally or I would have just kept my appointment.
