In Touch Hair & Spa

Completely ruined my hair. I asked for simple brown highlights and Cherry gave me a very uneven job and cut off way more than the 2 inches I asked for. I went back to have it fixed and she did an extremely sloppy and fast job, it looked SO bad and stripey and uneven. She bleached way too much of the top layer of my hair when I specifically asked her not to, and the ends of my hair were not lightened. I regret tipping well both times. I then had to spend a ton of money to get it fixed at another salon.

Update 08/20/2022: Today I took my daughter to In Touch and Cherry helped to do her hair. Came out very satisfactory although it was quite a challenging style my daughter wanted. Also, Cherry sanitized the chair whenever after a customer used it. She also kept some air sanitizing lights on all the time. So I felt very safe in In Touch even during pandemic. My past review: Met Cherry in other occasions but then I learned that she had a hair and spa salon in Philly. So I asked whether she could do my eyebrows, and whether there’s free parking, which came a yes. Therefore, I went to her salon to give it a try. I drove across the states from NJ to south Philly for the trip before a storm. And I was quite surprised to see that In Touch Hair & Spa was quite “multifunctional “: hair, nails,

Cherry is amazing! I have come here multiple times and it is always a pleasant experience :) Cherry knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her clients and what's best for them! Definitely would recommend :) I got my hair first colored here last year (first pic), and recently just got a hair cut (2nd pic).

The owner makes it very obvious that she is talking about you when you walk in in whatever language that she is speaking. Every time I walked in, she would say something and all of the nail techs would practically break their necks looking at me. I was getting my nails done here for a bit and they started to crack and chip. The nail tech was being extremely aggressive with my nails so much so that my nail beds were actually hurting. I wound up going somewhere else. It's a little bit more pricey, but my nails aren't hurting anymore. They are not splitting nor are they cracking. The new place that I go to has a lot of respect for their clients.

Linda has been doing a great job cutting my hair and is really nice. I will be coming back!
