Receiving bodywork from Elizabeth was nothing less than profoundly delightful. From her lighthearted persona to her highly intuitive and relaxing body care, the entire experience was so enjoyable! I felt very supported and safe in her presence, allowing me the opportunity to shed surface layers of tension as well as acknowledge and unravel deeper layers of tension associated with my chronic pain. Her massage is deeply effective and nourishing in a gentle way! Investing in receiving care from her is totally worth it!!

I cannot recommend In Touch Bodywork enough! I went to Elizabeth for a 90 minute prenatal massage. Elizabeth was wonderful! I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable in her studio. I left the massage feeling rejuvenated to take on the rest of my pregnancy. I will certainly be back!

As a fellow massage therapist, i can be kind of picky, so believe me when i say Lyz gives an amazing massage. Her hands just ease tension and warm you to your soul. Her training in lomi lomi gives her technique a special flair with gentle movement and fun ways of finding those tough to reach muscles. I will continue to be a client of hers for, hopefully, many, many years to come. Top notch care.

Liz is a goddess send, I’ve been having constant migraines and so I went to Liz for her assistance. Liz did a Reiki session for me and later that night I could feel the tension on my left side temple loosen up. I can’t tell you what a blessing and relief it was to be without pain. Liz is skilled in many modalities of practice.I can’t recommend Liz enough and she’s always a pleasure to deal with.
