The worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I showed her a picture, and with full confidence, she said she could do it. But I have absolutely no idea what she did to my hair… it’s nothing like what I asked for!” "She literally started pulling my hair with the scissors, and somehow ended up making the bottom of my hair super thin—something I definitely didn’t ask for. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend getting a haircut here.

Sorry to say; not a welcoming place. Called multiple times to make an appt, no answer. Figured that they don’t take appts and Showed up ready and willing to wait. Hairdresser waves at me and asked if I had an appt; I said I didn’t. She then said “no appt for color”. I replied that I wasn’t there for color and she then said something I didn’t understand and pointed at another hairdresser. I went over to her and asked if I could make an appt and she said “no, we’re full today”. Never asked what I was there to do but most importantly neither hairdresser offered to make an appt for ANY other day. So if you’re traveling there after watching a TT video; don’t bother, they don’t want your business nor do they apparently need it. Never have I felt so awkward, uncomfortable and unwelcome in any bus

This is the best spot for a great cut. I'm here every few months for my Japanese straightening with Amy. She is amazing, and the rest of the staff is wonderful as well (I should know- I'm there all day watching great haircuts leave ;) Everyone is so helpful to try to make my visit not the longest sit (since I have Mermaid length hair with the texture of a Lion) so all hands on deck to get my hair dry and onto the next or final step. Amy even makes sure that she cuts the hair at the end to make sure it's all nice and even <3 just go you won't regret it!

I use to work in the city paying hundreds for hair services near work. Got recommendation this pace now that I'm working from home in Queens. No frills place with quality hair cut and perms for the fraction of what I used to pay. Seems to be mostly regulars and ppl find this place through word of mouth. They do the basics well. If you're looking for something pretty basic and quick, this is your place.

Very kind and very well done. I hadn't had a haircut in 15 years other than bad ones I tried to do myself, I'm grateful I came here today. Prepare yourself, the basement location is messy and dusty.
