In Style Hair Studio 332

Wish I could give this ZERO stars!! I really don't like doing this but I am so upset with the results I got from this place! First, my appointment for a balayage was at 3pm but I was not seated until about 4:20 because 2 of Linda's, the owner, friends came in and they needed their hair to be touched up. I waited because I had a graduation ceremony that evening and I really wanted to have my hair done for it. When she finally attended me, I showed her a picture of a honey-colored balayage and SPECIFICALLY asked her for no harsh lines, I wanted everything blended. I left the place with wet hair because I was already late, plus I couldn't afford a blowout. Only to see later on in the night that the hair turned out HORRIBLE!!! There were very HARSH LINES and spots where there should have been

I have been going to In Style Hair Studio 332 in Medford for about 2 years. Linda and her staff always greet me when I walk in the door by name. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and when Linda is running a bit behind they will let you know how long it will be. I always leave looking fabulous!! When I wanted a changed Linda listened to my ideas, made suggestions, and I loved my new look!! Prices are fair and reasonable. When I needed a quick freshening up for a last minute unplanned event, I made a call, Linda made time to help me out. She makes sure if you are a first time customer or a regular customers always leave satisfied and feeling great!!

Best place I have ever gone for my hair! Great company, talent, and prices! I love love love it here! Linda is amazing!
