In Nails And Spa

Shout out to the wonderful people who do my nails every month. I have been going here for over 5 years and they always make my nails look amazing. Everyone is so nice, quality is excellent and pricing is good. My nails last a really long time. I am especially grateful for the beautiful job they did for my wedding in December!

They did a great job on my nails however they add extra charges that are not listed. For example Emily my nail tech asked me how long I wanted my nails. When I told her she told me I can’t have them that long because my natural nails were too short. When I insisted that I wanted that length she told me it would be an additional $10. I didn’t want to argue or make a scene, also I needed them done right away so I complied. But for that reason alone I will not be going back. To me it seemed she just saw an opportunity to charge more and took it. Very low of them too bad because she did do a great job on my manicure, and I still left a very generous tip! Also the way they do pedicures is very lazy. They cut and paint your toes than do a quick wash. Who clipped toe nails dry!?? Look at my nails

I have been going to this salon for 5 years plus and they are great with there job. Yoyo is super good, she makes sure your nails are sharp and detailed. When I started going there my sister referred me and I did my SNS powder nails with Summer she was my best unfortunately she left so, I tried Emily, and she is also great since all this years she is been doing my nails and all of the sudent, last two times I was there she was rude with me and really hurting my fingers and pulling them. I asked her if there was a problem and she got offended and started speaking in there language with Yoyo and took off, I really think that was really disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. Used to love this place, I always get a different tech and they have been amazing but yesterday when I got a pedicure and gel powder mani I was extremely disappointed when only a few hours later I noticed how bad the polish on my toes looked and gel powder mani looked grown, lumpy and started cracking.

First and certainly last time here. Disappointed from start to finish. Never mind that I was asked to select a color and when I did, the tech practically argued with me that was “too light for a pedicure, but fine for a manicure” (I’ve gotten this particular color plenty of times before elsewhere… it’s been fine). Never mind that it was the laziest… and I mean laziest pedicure you will ever get for $56 (+ two gel refills). Never MIND that they don’t tell you the cost of service til they’re almost done with it… and don’t have price lists anywhere at all so of course you have to be the one to ask. I don’t mind paying for a service so I didn’t ask from the beginning… the for the quality of the work done today and the environment, not at all worth it. I would’ve stopped at the pedicure and gon
