In Chelsea Hair Design

I am a woman suffering from cancer. I don’t always know the days I’ll feel better or worse depending on meds. I had an appointment scheduled for last week and I specifically texted with the stylist that I was not well. So my ability to make it was questionable. She none-the-less charges me SEVENTY-FIVE Dollors ($75!!!) for cancelling that morning. Like they had lines of people standing by the door waiting to come in. I would not give my business to a group of people who would steal $75 from an elderly cancer patient because she couldn’t drag herself in for an appointment. It may be fine for those of you who are always on your best days. But don’t expect humanity here.

I've been twice now and saw Paige. I had a fabulous experience my first time, but wanted to reserve judgements until at least my second visit. Well, the Second time I threw Paige an even bigger challenge by bringing my 3 year old. She was MAGNIFICENT! My daughter and I had a great time, and got great hair too! I highly recommend.

I had my hair cut by Andrea, and I could not be happier. As a former cosmetologist myself, I am pretty picky about haircuts. Andrea did a great job and cut my hair properly—something which is rarer than you'd think. She was also friendly and easy to talk to, which, while not a requirement, is definitely a plus! Thank you Andrea. I'll have to come back to Michigan just for my haircuts now!

Paige is the best! So glad I found her, I’ve never been happier with my hair and I’ve gone to so many salons in Ann Arbor and other cities. She really listens to what you want and is up to date on trends and styles. I showed her a picture of a short haircut I loved and she nailed it - it’s spot on. She is also so kind and fun to be around. Love the whole salon, and that it’s so easy to get to! Highly recommend.
