In 2 Cuts

I set appointment up for one base hair color for my mother and I . The lady that did my mom hair was very nice and knows what she doing for hair coloring . My mother is disabled she was really helpful to her . But changed her over price . $130 . Their sign pricing said $80 for hair color . When it was mine turn this other hairstyle got mad took me away for the other one that did my mom hair. I should have said no and canceled. Bc she messed up my hair it not the color I wanted my hair is so dark black . For on base hair color she tried charging me $150 when their sign pricing said $80 . Bad experience ever ! I should have just went to my regular salon. Down town San Jose . 😕 I just figured this place so close to home and doing one hair color here shouldn’t hurt 😔

⭐️ -10/5 Stars Absolutely terrible experience. Unless you’re looking for a head shave, avoid this salon at all costs. The hair stylist didn’t listen to a single thing I said — I was literally explaining how I wanted my haircut, and she started cutting mid-sentence saying she “understood.” The whole thing was over in barely two minutes, and it was nothing like what I asked for-- completely careless and disrespectful. I would go out of my way and inform my friends to avoid this horrible saloon. I’m genuinely furious but managed to control my anger and just walked out. Honestly, losing $25 + tip would’ve felt better if at least someone deserving could’ve used it.

0⭐/5 Probably the worst place to get a haircut in the US. Even if you explain them the kind of haircut you want and show the photos, they make 0 effort to understand that. Even when asked to rectify the mistake they made, no interest in doing that. They don't even take 5mins to complete the haircut, staying right across the street from this shop it takes me more time to even get there. I understand that sometimes bad haircut happens, but at least put the effort and try to understand your customers. For 25$+tip we pay this is not the result anyone expects. I don't recommend this place even if your purpose is to get a bad haircut.

Worst salon experience I’ve had. Poor customer service, zero attention to detail, and complete waste of time and money. I left more unhappy than when I walked in.

I don’t think the hairdresser understood my instructions very well (language barriers I believe) and wasn’t putting a lot of effort in trying to understand me either. It looked like she was trying to get done with it quickly. When I asked her to make the sides and back slightly shorter she just quickly pulled a trimmer across and didn’t even do any proper finish up. Very average experience.
