Awesome salon .. seriously all you need under one roof. Even awesome at handling any issues w a service cause those things can happen. I love feeling treated like a queen and having my requests respected. I have had perms, cuts, waxes, acrylics, and pedis for me and my whole family male and female and they are all wonderful. I book out regularly and look forward to my next visit . Sarah and Emily are my techs of choice !! But this salon definitely is a great choice.

Brides! Please do NOT go to this place with your wedding party. I will say Sarah did an amazing job on my friends long hair, but I was the bride and had Emily. I have short hair and had a headband. She put it in my hair and asked “Is that good?” Ah no. I said I could have done that! She had absolutely no idea what to do so she sort of back combed in a few spots and sprayed it with hairspray. I had to redo what she did after we left. My other friends hair was terrible! Stylist Tristan kept curling and then brushing it out for about an hour. Ended up horrendous and my friend also washed her hair after appointment. My sister in law looked like a cadaver after getting make up and that had to be washed off as well. I was reimbursed a very minimal amount after I complained. It wasn’t even enough

Been coming to Impressions for a LOT of years, at least 12. Started getting my hair cut there, then my kids. We've been having Rachel as our stylist for a lot of years. She's so knowledgeable, tells you what work and might not work, does a wonderful job on longer appointments like dying, and is so fun to talk to. Clean space, updated, spacious, good pricing. I've recommended them to multiple people.

If I could give this place two and a half stars I would. Im giving it only two stars because I had made an appointment with them two days ago on the 10th for a haircut on Monday the 12th at 1:00 p.m. When I showed up for my appointment they told me I was scheduled for a 12:00 not for 1:00. They also said that I could come back at 7:15 p.m for a haircut which would be fine if I lived in Sheldon IA, however I do not. So I went and cancelled my appointment and got a haircut somewhere else.
