Had an absolutely amazing experience getting my hair done. I love how this business is ran! From arrival to departure, I was treated with respect and care. The stylists are professional, friendly and TALENTED... well worth the 4hr drive🫶🏾

I got small waist-length knotless braids with mixed colors. The braids were neat and full at the roots, but they got thin toward the ends. My appointment was at 8:00 AM, but the shop wasn’t open, so I had to wait in my car until I was told to come in. Because I was getting mixed colors, I also waited an additional 30 minutes before my hair was started. Apparently, this is normal while they prep the hair on a rack. I’m not sure why it takes that long to put hair on a rack, but it definitely added to the overall wait time. You are required to pay the full amount upfront before your hair is started. My appointment was 9:15am we didn’t start until a little later. Which I didn’t mind because the young lady was very nice and communicated. I got small Knotless Braids with curly ends. My hair was very neat! Very pretty. The young lady that did my hair was very nice. Usually for extra small knotless it can take 12hours or more but it took her 6-7 hours. Which is amazing. If you know hair, you know that this is a very good timing for knotless extra small. That is considered fast! Knotless braids style is time consuming. I love my hair. It’s worth every penny. Plus hair is included. I did not have to buy or bring my own edge control. I will recommend to go and get your own experience do not go based on someone else experience. Remember English is not their first language. Give them grace.

I had a 9:15am appointment. While I was warned that that there would be a delay in beginning the appointment due to separating the braiding hair, that is not really the cause for delay. The real cause for delay is they are ill prepared. They showed up the same time I did, which was 9:10am. When I walked into the shop at the time of my appointment, I received no greeting and was simply told to sit down. About two hours later all that’s been done is they’ve asked me to pay and Charged me extra for boho bundles I brought myself (I provided my own braiding hair and human boho hair, as I was told to, because I wanted a specific color). Do not waste your time here. I went last week and immediately before anything payment was requested after the style was confirmed. My sister was in the back of the salon with me for about 45 minutes in the back and out of the way. My sister mentioned that my parts were a bit large for me to be getting medium waist length knotless braids. At this point I hadn't seen the braids she'd put in, as I wasn't infront of a mirror. After indicating that my parts were large and the braids were medium the manager and over to gaslight me into not understanding the difference between smedium and medium knotless.
