I recently dyed my hair for the 1st time and the lady did a great job on what I asked for . I loved the fact that she told me the price in advance when I booked my appointment and if I didn’t like the outcome she would give me a refund. Also great customer services too. Love my new hair

I'm sure not everyone feels the same but I had the worst costumer service ever. I got there about 11:40 and put my name down. There were only about 4 in front of me so that's fine. Eventually I was there about a whole hour already,12:40. I noticed people were going up already that got there way after I did. So I went up to check there list and there was a ton of people already added on the list and crossed off. Basically I been getting skipped around 1:15 I decided to up and leave. I won't be going back for sure

Was coming from LA and came across their barber shot, Vero was great, waiting time was fast, effort was perfect. I loved my experience , she did a great job with my hair ( and I'm very picky ) definitely would come back whenever I'm on my way up North again. They'll treat you right. Thank you vero.
