DO NOT GO HERE!!Worst salon experience ever firstly when washing my hair she was extremely rough ripping at my hair. I paid for a silk press which is something I typically get and comes with a deep conditioning. The manager knew what service I requested and still asked me if I wanted a deep conditioning for additional price which makes no sense that’s supposed to be included in my service. My hair was unrecognizable fresh out the wash bowl. I went to sit under the dryer as usual she told me no sit in the styling chair where her employee then began to roller brush blow dry my wet hair and then flat iron it. When she said she was done because these aren’t the steps of a silk press I asked if she was sure she said yes. I looked at my hair it was fried and stiff as hell. She tried to hide it b

I brought in my own shampoo and conditioner and some how they still used there own product on my hair which had some type of relaxer in it that cause my hair to break off horribly. I will never go back for any kind of services.

This establishment doesn’t even deserve one star. I visited this salon on 12/24/25 for a simple wash and roller set. I specifically brought my own hair products, which I have used many times in the past without any issues. Today, 1/1/26, when I washed my hair at home, I experienced significant hair loss, with clumps of hair falling out. This has never happened to me before. Based on the timing and the condition of my hair afterward, I strongly believe that products other than the ones I provided were used on my hair—possibly containing chemicals that caused this damage. I am very disappointed and concerned about the lack of transparency and care. I would strongly caution others to be very clear and vigilant if choosing to visit this salon.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in for a wash and set. As we know rollers are commonly used to protect hair from excessive heat damage, something I’ve been doing since I was little. I’m in my 20s now, and this was the very first time I’ve ever been told my hair was “muy duro” (“very hard”). As someone who is half Hispanic and half Black, I know how loaded language around hair texture can be. Being told my hair was “hard” felt dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly racist/texturist. Of course, it may be more difficult for some stylists to work with certain textures, but that speaks to technique—not the value of my hair. The stylist did end up doing the rollers, but in Spanish she also commented to a coworker, giggling, that “she thinks her hair is soft, but it’s not.” This only
