Scheduled facial & head in the clouds massage with my dear friend for our bday indulgence. Francesca did my facial and she was amazing. She focused on a few key areas and when i told her i had been having neck issues she worked through it even after the treatment was over. My facial was incredibly relaxing and after 1.5 hours i felt heavenly. I would highly recommend Francesca and will look forward to seeing her again.

I had my first appointment with Kristen and I couldn't be more impressed. She stayed after closing at 6 PM just to make sure I received the best experience, which alone says so much about her dedication and passion for what she does. Not only did she give me a fantastic haircut, but she also took the time to share some really helpful hair advice that I'll definitely be using in the future. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their hair goals. If you're looking for a stylist who goes above and beyond, Kristen is your person.

I was given a gift certificate and I wanted to treat myself to getting my nails done. I was lucky to get Jasmine who really is proficient with her craft. I had Gel X Fill, she not only took her time but was disinfecting her tools as she moved through the process. (I must say that is a lost art if you go into any of the other salons we have here in Brevard County.) My nails looked so perfect that it didn't need polish, I literally walked out with a top coat on instead of a color or French which is my usual. Please go see Jasmine at the Melbourne location in Suntree you won't be disappointed.

I scheduled a $90 deep pore cleansing facial as a treat for myself and was looking forward to it. When I arrived, I was encouraged to switch to a Hydrafacial. I trusted the recommendation, though pricing was not clearly discussed beforehand. The treatment lasted about 30 minutes and cost $200. While I was told a significant amount of debris was removed, I didn’t notice much visible difference afterward, and I still had makeup residue on my skin when I got home. My skin also felt somewhat dry, and no SPF was applied at the end of the service. I also experienced difficulty when trying to pay with registered Visa gift cards, which were declined at checkout. After leaving, I confirmed the balances were still available, so I’m unsure what caused the issue. This may work well for others, but
