As a recently retired massage therapist with 26 years of experience, I booked a 2-hour session here for myself, hoping for a deeply relaxing treatment. My therapist was undeniably strong and skilled in terms of pressure, but the pace of her work was fast, erratic, and often disruptive. Many of her strokes moved against the natural direction of blood flow, and the overall style felt more like a stimulating sports massage than the relaxation-oriented session I requested. About an hour in, I asked her to slow her pace; she did for a few minutes, but quickly returned to the rapid rhythm that seemed to be her default. I've been coming here for years now and highly recommend Imperial to anyone who asks. The masseuses are all very skilled - I think I've tried them all at this point, and have never had a bad massage. They literally fix my back every time my SI joint flares up! Couples massages are great too. Staff is friendly, place is well decorated and very clean. Reasonably priced, warm and welcoming. My go-to massage place!

A few days ago, I came here for a one-hour massage. The masseuse had very poor skills. She was an old woman and didn't wear professional clothing. I asked her to be gentle, but she just kept rubbing me. Now my shoulders still hurt very much.

I came to Imperial Massage on a last-minute appointment due to severe sciatic and arthritis pain. I was experiencing a painful flare-up and needed urgent relief. I booked a one-hour session and asked the therapist to focus specifically on my sciatica, radiating from the glutes down to the mid-thigh, as well as some attention on my calves,ankles and feet. Called and they got me in same day. They were prompt and the spa was clean. Vivian was awesome. I got deep tissue and she was very strong and did a great job massaging my problem areas. Prices were good and they offered many types of massages. Highly recommend.
