Well stocked store with variety of new products, communication could be better, I had some small items on hold at the register, my friend checked out before me , without asking about which products were hers, she got charged for my items on hold and hers, when I get to register ask where my items were, sales lady that assist me with prices for items on hold and owner look confused didn't remember my items on hold look at me strange and replied what items, rung up the one in my hand, and then realized that he sold my friend Lisa for my items 😘, not good communication on that one.🤔

This store has most of what you need. It has lost a few cool points with me. The store has gone down a bit. Doesn't have a lot of product choices anymore. I'm a hairstylist so there isn't that many pro products to choose from. You'd find a nice wig and maybe some clothes.

Horrible customer service. I stood in the back of the store 20 min waiting for assistance. I assumed that no one came because they were busy but they weren't. I sat down in the chair in the area where people usually sit while they for assistance and still no one. So I left. I'm pretty sure loosing my lil $100 didn't hurt them.

I've met 2 of the beauties. 1st encounter I just visited 2nd visit I purchased a beautiful 33 27 1b wig. Just as soon as I put it on (while still abiding the covid 19 safety regulations) she immediately spoke How well it looked on me. My most recent visit I met the 2nd Beauty (Queen) The owner...very informative black women...

I am grateful for the assistance I received at the back of this store today. The young lady took time assisting me with sincerity. This went a long ways. Thanks again Young Lady. Great service provided@
