The massage felt indulgent and deeply relaxing, but what made the experience especially meaningful was how she walked me through the techniques, products, and benefits. Understanding what she was doing enhanced the aromas, the relaxation, and the intention behind the treatment. Immaculate is a gem. The space itself has the most serene vibe, the lighting is perfect, it smells amazing, and the staff knows how to make you feel welcomed. I got a facial with Cass and it was exactly what i needed. She asked about my skin and my skincare routine just to make sure we picked the right products for my sensitive skin type. Beyond the skincare, i was given an incredible neck and shoulder massage (definitely what you need if you work at a computer all day). On top of everything else that was great, the products she used smelled amazing and made my skin feel soothed. I couldn’t recommend this stress relieving service enough. Cass and this business are both IMMACULATE.
