Worst place the manager looks in your face when u come back because an item you bought at the store is defective and didn’t work , this place is a scam

Clean, organized, friendly, and professional. I was able to purhase everything I intended when I arrived. Gentleman who rang me up during both my previous visits was very kind. Black owned!

Said they would be open at 9. Got there at 9:15 and it was closed.

I purchased a big bottle of b&b for 9.99 with the pump, I have 3 girls and myself of hair to be done and we were using it daily until we got not even half way through it and it has chunks of mold. I bought it almost a month ago now but like I said it's a bigger bottle. Of course I don't have the receipt but I've been spending money their for some time now although I prefer tisuns but out of convenience I sometimes go to Imans. They won't reimburse or even let me exchange due to no receipt although every item in there is priced with their label in which was still in tact on bottle. I'm disappointed In The poor service of making sure of customers satisfaction.. so be sure to check product before spending your money with them!
