Image Nail Salon & Spa

Went there for a regular pedicure with Margaret. She was friendly and talkative. She used tools that were soaked in the barbicide solution, not taken out of the blue light machine. She quickly opened the drawer in her little shelf and took out the oldest looking nail file that was previously used on other people before I could say anything. When I requested a new nail file, she was annoyed and told me to bring it back with me the next time I came to see her. She also stashes a cheese grater in her drawer, that was NOT cleaned and ripped apart the bottom of feet. I will not return. Also, the lady at the front desk is extremely nasty to new customers.

I’ve been going to Image Nails since I moved to Monroe 8 years ago. I cannot recommend them enough! Prices are super reasonable and everyone there is so sweet and accommodating. Susie and Justine give the most AMAZING pedicures, and Lilly the owner does my nails. I never walk out unhappy, and all the girls have become close friends of mine over the years. If you’re looking for a nail salon in the area that provides awesome service at reasonable prices, look no further!

I honestly love Image Nails. I’ve been going here for a very long time. Kim is my go to girl. She is always on board with whatever crazy things I want to do with my nails. I always leave feeling like a new person. I highly recommend this place. I tell all my friends about this place. It’s a great atmosphere and very clean. The workers are all amazing and I love every one of them.

I’ve been to this salon twice now and I’m very satisfied with my hard nail gel technician Sara. She does a lovely job & is very nice. I will be going back.

Justine is amazing! My nails look so healthy and vibrant. 💅🏻 She is great at pedicures and so friendly to chat with.
