I was so excited to find the most AMAZING braider (Nina) at the South Tryon location. My first appointment was amazing and on time. I received so many compliments about how my hair was looking amazing right until I took out the style. Her braids were so neat and were not too tight at all. I went back and had her do some box braids with the curls coming out. The results were outstanding again. People keep stopping me to ask me where I got my hair done. Other than that , the environment is friendly and professional. I will be going back to that location to have Nina braid my hair.

First time going and it’s a one & done type thing because whhhhhhyyy would I go back after this?. Asked for regular passion twist something very easy & simple to do, everything was good til I left and noticed the twist coming UNDONE that’s when I realized the stylist didn’t do the twist in the direction it was supposed to go, instead she twisted in the opposite direction causing them to come undone quickly. I had to spend HOURS retwisting in the correct direction. Waste of money & time. Hire stylist that can AT LEAST do simple styles.

I had a great experience today at Bignons ‘s with Angie. She was very quick and my box braids were done very neat and the wavy ends styled perfectly!

An amazing experience I got there in the nick of time I walked in and Ms. Mimi was there to greet and walk me through the process of getting my hair done the braids felt so light on my head overall it was a 5-star experience for sure I 💯 recommend Bignons for all your hair needs.

Today is my 3rd attempt at supporting this business. After paying 25.00 deposits, both times the stylist started an hour to 2 hours LATE. It is presently 7:14pm and my appoint was scheduled for 5:00pm. There is only 1 stylist in the entire building, who is currently doing a wig install. Time is valuable and I do not recommend this business.
