Leaving this as a five star because otherwise my review gets shadow.b.anned and unseen. Ivan is dishonest and deceitful, taking advantage of customers under the pretense of needing to support his family. He charged me for services I neither requested nor authorized, after the haircut was complete, and refuses to issue a refund. He added a more expensive haircut charge after our transaction was finalized (prepayment is required unless you walk in), effectively double-charging my debit card and refused to refund me. Go to some other shop.

This is a very unique Barber Shop in the Hyde Park area, all the barbers are quite good and professional, one in particular Ivan Hairston aka Illustrious Cuts his talents are above and beyond is professionalism is over the top and he never leaves his clients young or elderly unsatisfied.
