Lauren is just magical. She knows what you want and may even direct you away from something that may not be right for you but will still do what you want if you are persistent. She knows what color is best for your hair and she is very knowledgeable to hairstyles best suited for her clients. I went in as an open book with questions as to what I wanted and came out with something I didn't even realize existed and I feel great with the choice She and I worked together coming to. I've been going to Randy to cut color and highlight my hair for years. He does an excellent job just got highlights today and they came out great!!! I would recommend Illustra salon to anyone. I've been a customer at Illustra for at least ten years now. I found out about this gem through my grandmother and have been a regular here since! My stylist is the amazing Randy who has lots of experience in working with long hair. What I like most is that if you show Randy a photo of something you want, he will do exactly what you tell him to! I also love the whole vintage feel there. Definitely recommend this salon.

Randy is just wonderful I've been going for him for many many many years I have not had my hair done I probably say since covid ended and I went the other day and I just sat down and said do your magic he did everything he wanted to do the color the cut and it was fantastic I love that place I recommend it highly
