Illusions Color Spa

I’ve been to this salon twice now and had two very different experiences. The first time I went I had a really great experience, for context I have naturally curly hair and my first time going I felt like we talked a lot about my hair type and how I wanted my hair to look, the stylist talked me through the whole process and used a diffuser, I left with curly hair which I love. My experience this past Friday was different, they did get me in pretty last minute which I appreciated, but the stylist I was with was less communicative. Didn’t really ask me about my hair type, only asked questions about Christmas plans and such which I didn’t mind for the actual shampoo and cut because we had a brief discussion about what I generally wanted done. The desk girl and Melinda were so nice about getting me in at the last minute. We agreed on a style and cut and I was excited then it ended up looking nothing like what we talked about but it looked great just wasn't what we seen in the pic. I'm happy just wanted the pic look color and style. But I was in the last minute so I would definitely try her again.

Sue is an outstanding stylist! She created the perfect look I was going for. She’s also friendly and highly knowledgeable regarding her profession. Likewise, the receptionists are incredible! They greeted me warmly, offered me coffee, tea, etc., and they answered each of my questions expertly and with a smile on their faces. I LOVE Illusion Color Spa!!!

Hayden did a great job with a total change cut and color. The salon is clean, comfortable and water/coffe/tea are available for the patrons. All ages welcome. I was fortunate enough to have my appointment on Halloween, which was a fun environment! Great salon. I hadn't had a haircut and color for over 3 years. Next visit will be 1/3 of the cost.

Jaden did an amazing job on my hair! Everyone was pleasant and kind, and greeted us as we entered! Our first experience here left us feeling lovely and relaxed! {I brought my adult daughter with me on this visit}
