Illumine Medspa

Purchased through Groupon. Went for my first appointment and they had no records of it (after getting confirmation by email and text). Came back after 3 weeks and received 1 treatment. Scheduled my second appointment for a month and surprise! The office is abandoned! No answer on phone and email returns as does not exist! I received confirmation email and text about my upcoming appointment, how is that possible? What a scam! Can’t get the money back from Groupon and can’t get what I paid for from a business that is out there to scam people! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Service is beyond horrible. The techs are typically nice, but constantly changing and saying different things. Several times I get to an appointment and no one is there. Total waste of time and gas. Now they changed the names. Very unprofessional from the beginning, very disappointed with the service. Im trying to finish my sessions so I don't lose any $$.

Mya is amazing. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about concerns. Give different options to meet your needs. I have been back multiple times and am always greeted with a smile from the receptionist. Very comfortable place to go with amazing service. Well continue to go to Illumine Medspa.

They change their name on Groupon to avoid bad reviews!!! called before my first appointment to ask if i can add another area for the Groupon price and they said yes. asked again at my first appointment and they confirmed. after adding the second area at my second session they told me they won’t match the price and they “couldn’t find” the person that told me that so i had to pay $55 for one session in one area. ok. now i had my 6th and final appointment scheduled for 7/14 at 3pm but when i got there the lights were off and there was no one there. ever since then i haven’t been able to reach anyone. no one is answering phones or voicemails or texts or messages on their website. and they changed their name on Groupon so i can’t post a review there they were called Illumine Spa when i got my

SCAM, these people are scammers. I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and they took my money and did not want to book my appointments. The owner is sooo rude and during my first appointment she was talking bad about all the customers she's had and how their hair looked. Extremely unprofessional. Also, when I showed up to my third appointment, no one was there and I tried to reschedule and they wouldn't answer my calls. I literally lost the money I put into this. These people are extremely unprofessional and they do not deserve your hard earned money. You're *literally* better somewhere else.
