I truly enjoyed my experience at Illume Cosmetic Surgery and Medspa – Menomonee Falls. There was not a single reason to be dissatisfied. Everything was handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I especially appreciated the individual approach, kindness, punctuality, and overall courtesy of the staff. I completed a series of BBL HERO treatments for my face, neck, and chest, and my specialist was Andi Letizia. Andi was attentive, professional, and made the entire process feel comfortable and personalized. If I decide to repeat this procedure in the future, I will definitely choose to work with her again. Highly recommended.

I’ve been working with Rachel for the past year, she is always so patient, thorough and gentle with her injections. She always makes me feel super comfortable and offers great suggestions.

This is THREE weeks after getting Botox. I paid more money than I ever have before at Illume AND had more units injected than I ever have before. Was there some improvement in wrinkle reduction, sure. Was it as good as previous treatments I’ve gotten other places? Not even close. I also got the “Spock” brow I asked to try to prevent. I’m certified to inject Botox & used to do it as a nurse at Ideal Image - I’ve never had such poor results (and neither did any of my clients). Super disappointed. Won’t go back.

Recently moved to Wisconsin and was looking for a great new injector, Kate was so sweet and personable! She was very knowledgeable with products and placement and listened to what my goals were. I felt very comfortable and confident with her! Thank you Kate!! I will be back :)
