I booked with Vanessa on Feb 19 and received excellent service for my brow wax, tint, and lamination!!! From online scheduling to finding the studio to checking out, every step was seamless and easy. Vanessa was GREAT and took time to both ask me what I wanted and share details about each step of the process. Most of the service was done in comfortable silence listening to Vanessa’s good tunes. The vibes are welcoming and pretty chill. Vanessa’s studio itself is SO COOL with a wall of windows that overlooks a beautiful terrace. I appreciated the brow mapping which allowed Vanessa to style my brows in a shape that works best for my face. I trust her completely!! I have never had anything done to my brows before, and Dean was great at walking me through the process and making sure I was comfortable as a newbie, like going light on the tint so I could get used to it and explaining everything he was doing. Vanessa is amazing! My first time there, and she explained every step of the process. I was a little nervous since it was my first brow lamination, but she was so patient and answered all my questions.
